You will develop a People Operations strategy that aligns our HR practices with the overall business strategy, create and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention and operationalize goal-based reward systems that encourage employee initiative and dedication.

Your role will be to focus on modernizing HR processes and tools, working closely with our Head of Digital HR Experiences to ensure our HR systems are efficient, user-friendly, aligned with organizational needs and fit for scale.

As the leader of the People Operations function, you will track and analyse HR metrics to gain insights into employee satisfaction, turnover rates, and other relevant data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. You will be the thought leader in ensuring our People Operations team keeps humanizing our systems, prioritizes employee and manager well-being, and fosters a workplace where individuals feel happy and proud to contribute!

Version 1’s growth strategy will involve a considerable increase of acquisitions in the next few years, to compliment the 13 companies we have acquired to date.
