This is an exciting time for digital transformation using Microsoft Dynamics. You will be the technical lead in-charge of a team of developers implementing new Dynamics based solutions for a range of customers in Ireland.

• Plan, design, estimate, develop and implement Dynamics (and if you can, some Power Platform) solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers
• Lead technical development teams across different customer accounts, take ownership of deliverables and be responsible for the technical quality of the team’s output, enforcing standards
• Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements
• Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and provide technical advice to team members

• Demonstrated project experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365
• Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional Requirements
• Bonus if you have experience developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps Model Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Development experience using Microsoft stack (.NET/C#/TypeScript/SQL Server)
• Experience in implementing and using other data stores (SQL/SharePoint/Lists)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking
• Experience integrating PowerApps solutions with APIs or third-party solutions
• Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams
