• Significant presales and business development experience
• Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Public Sector
• Experience in complex application modernisation or digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Experience in managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
• Evidence of being able to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly. Strong commercial awareness and sound comprehension of project challenges, particularly in a multi-supplier environment.
• Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
