Job Description
This role will form part of the Data Assets group and will work closely with our Research, Data and Product functions. The successful candidate will help solve challenges around data processing, making it robust /streamlined by ensuring data quality.
The success of this role will require attention to detail, collaboration & problem solving. The core objective is to deliver internal efficiencies through data. Ensuring we have a supportive and inclusive culture within our team.
Key Responsibilities
· Work with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements of any new workflows, or the most impactful improvements to existing workflows.
· Create documentation to provide clear understanding of processes.
· Collaborate with internal and external customers in addressing their queries well within the timelines.
· Work in an agile, collaborative manner to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
· Collect data on companies, product & service categories and other energy data to deliver market insights
· Handling escalations on priority basis.
· Complete regular data processing tasks, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and integrity of data from various internal and external industry sources.
· Identify and automate existing processes in delivering efficiencies.
Qualifications
· Graduates with excellent communication skills.
· Good understanding and hands on experience with visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI).
· Intermediate to advance Excel, basic knowledge on Python and SQL.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
· Keen interest and passion for learning new technologies or data skills.
