Job Description

3E is experiencing a product transformation and looking for a Sr Director, Product Management to lead our Product Stewardship product lines.  You will be tasked with understanding the needs of the product stewardship market and translating that to products and services that add value for our customers.  You will partner with our authoring services and content integration teams to drive the right mix of products and services.  In addition, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented product managers and product owners as we implement our new product management framework to develop and execute on a holistic product vision and strategy.  Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Product Stewardship and experience leading a team.  Product Management experience is preferred. 

  • Define & drive the strategic vision for new and innovative solutions to support 3E’s product portfolio. Develop and maintain product line roadmap and align with engineering to develop plans for execution
  • Analyze market trends, customer need, regulatory landscape and competitive environments. Integrate findings into product plans (priorities) and pricing/bundling strategy
  • Create and executed on overall Go to Market Strategy in alignment with Commercial Team.  Define and report out on metrics/progress including user engagement.  Analyze ACV and pricing to determine alternate strategies to increase revenue opportunities or increase price to value.
  • As needed support the engineering effort by creating user stories/wireframes to ensure consistent product development progress
  • Evangelize the overall product line strategy to both internal and external stakeholders. Includes engaging with clients via the CAB, client visits, conferences, and other channels to inform product strategy and roadmap. 
  • Develop and manage team to deliver solutions that meet current and future customer needs
  • Identify and collaborate with Corporate Strategy on M&A targets and Partnerships to promote product line growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS required. Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Safety, Chemical Engineering, and/or Chemistry advantageous. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) services, Product Stewardship or Product Compliance.
  • Product development experience with data analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with developing pricing and sales strategies based on product mix
  • Experience in SCRUM/Agile development methodologies
  • Minimum 7+ years of Product Management, or related experience in a SaaS based applications
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

 

The anticipated salary range for this position is $134,406-$201,609.  Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.  The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, geography, and qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence.  In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and/or equity depending on the position offered.
