Job Description

We’re seeking an insightful employee experience specialist to join our global team, who can gather important internal data on what matters most to our people.

Reporting to the Global Transitions Lead, the Global Employee Experience Specialist will collaborate across the business to support, enable, and enhance employee experiences. The specialist will analyze and have a deep knowledge of the company’s engagement through quantitative review of various data sources.

They will collect and analyze data to track and measure key insights. The Global Employee Experience Specialist will be a part of the discovery to seek out innovative solutions to support employees along their journey at Verisk and supporting them through employee transitions.

Primary responsibilities include:

·        Support and coordinate the delivery of the Engagement strategy and associated activities;

·        Support various projects/initiatives across the Centre of Excellence

·        Support the analysis of the firm’s Joiners and Leavers surveys to identify key strengths, areas for improvement;

·        Provide Global On-boarding program support: content, learning series and new joiner engagement;

·        Track and report on key metrics of project progression;

·        Develop and maintain strong partnerships with third party vendors and ensure business needs are met;

·        Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners across the organisation on employee engagement projects and initiatives;

Requirements:

·        Have a passion for employee engagement and cultivating a culture where employees can thrive;

·        Strong knowledge of data analytics and how to use analytical tools to generate powerful information;

·        Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills;

·        Ability to independently work, manage time, organize and accurately prioritize work across multiple projects, be detail-oriented, work within deadlines and understand when urgency is required;

·        Problem-solving mindset, striving to search for answers to your own questions, but aware of when to ask for help;

·        Handle sensitive information with discretion and tact;

·        Team spirit and a willingness to pitch in and/or collaborate with team members or colleagues as needed;

·        Familiarity with/willingness to use internal collaboration tools (including tools like Yammer, MS Teams, etc.);

·        A proactive attitude toward personal and professional development, identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth or improvement, using resources available through Verisk as a starting point;

·        Proven experience in a similar role.
