Job Description
An Analyst analyzes models modifies and supports a complex system process or operation in order to improve its efficiency effectiveness and reliability.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Competent to work independently on many activities and requires general direction for some activities. 20%
- Applies strong modeling principles and practices. 20%
- Competent to work on standard programs/systems and to perform systems design work. 10%
- Occasionally provides guidance and assists in training of less experienced IT Analysts. 10%
- Occasionally provides guidance on projects. 10%
- Responsible for fulfilling end-user requests. 10%
- Strong facilitation skills. 10%
- Limited supervision required. 10%
Qualifications
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years’ work experience
COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS
- Communicates directly with internal and external customers.

Additional Information
Base salary range: $60,000-$70,000

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
