Hourly Pay Rate: 17.00

JOB SUMMARY
Operates collating equipment in addition to Polar Cutters. Also may operate industrial power equipment (ex: forklift or pallet jack). Collates checkbook or
multiple form components in the correct order for further processing by other positions. Is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of items printed on the
components. If applicable ensures numbers match ply to ply. Inserts carbon when required.

Cleans and restocks workstation as necessary. 5%

Operates collating equipment. Organizes job tickets by components loads rolls of product onto collator or removes stock from shelves and places in
collator bins. If applicable collates components into sets according to job requirements jogs sets into stacks records job number on production sheet
calculates quantity of sets per jobs re-collates sets for reruns places stacks of sets on rails or skids. Troubleshoots collator equipment as needed. 90%

Qualifications

EDUCATION
High School or equivalent required.


EXPERIENCE
A high amount of managerial specialized/technical and professional skills are needed in some combination
Requires 1 - 3 years manufacturing experience Speed and accuracy detail-oriented ability to follow directions
Ability to think strategically use good judgment execute plans exhibit leadership & drive change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills


COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS
Communication is primarily with other production workers, Plant Manager, and/or Team Leader.


DECISION MAKING
Position requires making decisions on whether stock specifications are being met, prioritizing sequence of jobs to run, and determining if equipment is in proper
working order. This list is not all-inclusive. Troubleshoots issues including problems with collating equipment as they arise. May require involvement of other
peers or leaders to rectify.

Salary: $17

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
