Job Description
The Email Marketing & Automation Manager will own and execute comprehensive email marketing tasks, lead lifecycle programs, A/B Testing, and marketing automation strategies for Vericast including database segmentation and validation across all business units. The person in this role will be working cross functionally with demand gen, marketing operations, sales and web development to constantly identify the flow of data in HubSpot to segment, automate and improve marketing data integrity; and will also organize and improve HubSpot marketing templates, digital assets and data sets from multiple CRMs and tools like Pivotal and Salesforce. This is a completely remote position on a geographically dispersed team.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set-up, create custom HTML/ CSS templates and deploy email campaigns, marketing automation, and transactional email
· Identify opportunities to A/B test campaigns, with the goal of driving increased repeat engagement behavior and successful acquisition of new prospects/customers
· QA and first level approve all email campaigns to ensure creative content, links, and copy are all correct; design and maintain email performance, marketing database and marketing automation reporting
· Partner with the Demand Gen and Marketing Operations to develop and execute comprehensive email marketing programs with a focus on personalization to achieve channel leads through tactics to drive new customer acquisition, customer retention and conversion
· Fully own the email marketing execution strategy
· Working cross functionally with demand gen, marketing operations, sales and web development team to constantly identify the flow of data in HubSpot to segment, automate and improve marketing data integrity; and will also organize and edit HubSpot marketing templates, digital assets and data sets from multiple CRMs and tools like Pivotal, Salesforce and Marketo
· Create and optimize segmentation, automation and personalization strategies in partnership with Director of marketing operations
· Partner with demand gen team to develop new programs to drive healthy list growth
· Create processes that are designed, documented, understood, and followed to minimize execution errors, identify and correct bad and incomplete data
· Provide clear and relevant communication to senior leaders and stakeholders regarding email marketing channel performance and communicate actionable insights on opportunities and next steps
· Can build and edit Wordpress pages from existing templates – training provided if needed
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s in any area or similar years of relevant experience
EXPERIENCE
5-6 years in comprehensive email marketing, automation, and advanced data strategy
Email marketing experience using HubSpot is required
HTML/CSS experience setting up custom & templated email campaigns
Wordpress experience building and editing pages from existing templates
Email marketing strategy experience at or for a mid to large sized business

Base Salary: Minimum $80,000- Maximum $100,000
Position is eligible for a 10% annual bonus incentive program
