Job Description

Within the HR department, the Organizational & Talent Development Analyst  is responsible for supporting the HR team in managing talent acquisition, learning & development, internal communication, and organizational analytics to ensure effective people management and a positive workplace culture.

 

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Support end-to-end recruitment, selection, and new employee integration processes, including relationship management with educational institutions (for internships) and employer branding initiatives.

  • Learning & Development: Support the development, execution, and monitoring of training and development programs, and manage learning platforms and tools.

  • Internal Communication: Support the implementation and management of corporate communication plans across internal channels and content distribution.

  • Analytics & Organizational Intelligence: Assist in performance evaluation analysis, HR metrics reporting, climate surveys, and organizational diagnostics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Cross-functional Initiatives: Support organizational improvement projects, and HR process compliance.

Qualifications

  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Preferred: Master's Degree in Human Resources, or MBA with specialization in People Management.

  • Experience: 2-3 years in similar positions.

  • Languages: high-level English and Spanish (B2-C1).

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Project management and handling multiple priorities

    • Proactivity and initiative

    • Flexibility and adaptability

    • Collaborative approach
