Veolia District Cooling (Hong Kong) Limited, formerly Hong Kong District Cooling Company Limited (HKDC), operates the District Cooling System in Kai Tak Development, West Kowloon Cultural District, and manages HVAC systems across major sites. Veolia District Cooling drives sustainable urban development with energy-efficient cooling solutions.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the daily Operation & Maintenance in accordance with contract requirements, including:

• Lead the Operation and Maintenance teams to carry out routine and preventive maintenance and operational works for multiple projects
• Strategize and allocate internal/external resources according to skill mix, operation needs, time and cost efficiency for effective management of repair, maintenance, and new projects within tight schedules and given constraints while minimizing disruption to service delivery
• Ensure constant Customer Satisfaction and detect new business opportunities
• Participates in client meetings, special award programs and handle resolution of client service problems in a professional manner
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and teammates
• Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance works
• Prepare yearly budget and monitor monthly expenses
• Ensure strict compliance to local safety, health and environmental ordinance and regulations by continuing to review performance and proposing improvement plans
• Liaise with Site H&S Manager to ensure that all H&S requirements are satisfied
• Assist in any assigned duties.

• Bachelor Degree or above in BS / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent

Requirements:

• 15+ years relevant experiences in BS or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in District Cooling system and/or Data Centre and Building Services O&M operations is highly preferred
• Solid project management and site work experience is preferred
• Able to handle multiple maintenance projects
• Strong leadership skills, project management, client relationship management and communication skills
• Good leadership capabilities and a team player
