Job Description
Veolia is currently searching for a reliability engineer to support our Minnetonka, MN plant. Water purification is a growing business which addresses the ever-increasing need for clean water. We are looking for highly motivated and technically strong reliability engineers to support our manufacturing facility. Come be a part of this exciting and growing technology!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive and conduct Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis across the plant
Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies within Veolia's corporate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Define, track, and report on plant reliability KPIs: Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Planned Maintenance Percentage (PMP)
Monitor and track key equipment reliability strategies, such as condition monitoring, equipment mapping, non-destructive testing (NDT), and visual inspections.
Lead the implementation of predictive technologies, including vibration analysis, ultrasonic analysis, thermography, PdMA, oil analysis, corrosion detection, and dissolved gas analysis
Perform & document equipment criticality analysis in support of an effective critical spares strategy
Lead technical incident investigations through Root Cause Analysis (Cause Mapping/Fault Free Diagram/5Whys/Cost Benefit Analysis) and implementation of recommended solutions
Analyze data to identify reliability trends, forecast risks, and drive improvements in equipment uptime, cost, and safety
Support in establishing maintenance job plans including shutdowns/outages
Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment/production issues across multiple production lines working cross functionally with operations, engineering, maintenance, etc.
Develop, write, and review new process documentation
Champion and lead the plant's shift toward digitization, owning the implementation of digital reliability tools and technologies
Lead capital projects aimed at enhancing reliability
Develop and implement a lubrication program effectiveness and the hydraulics improvement plan
Supports in developing the Asset Register and Hierarchies
Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $108k-$128K annually.

Qualifications
Required:
B.S Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
5+ years of experience as a Reliability Engineer, Operations Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer
Computer literate with MS Office, Google, and similar software
Good communication, interpretation, and active listening skills
Experience working in a manufacturing facility
Ability and willingness to wear personal protective equipment, for example safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes, as required
Preferred:
7+ years of experience as a Reliability Engineer, Operations Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer
Possession of a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (or similar) certification, such as MMP, CMRP, or CRE
Eligible for registration under EGBC is an asset
Possesses working knowledge of CMMS and data analytics
High motivated, dynamic, and self-disciplined individual with strong technical competence and excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Lean manufacturing experience
