Role Summary:

The Orders Reporting & SIP Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to customer orders and sales performance. This role ensures data accuracy, identifies trends, and supports decision-making by delivering visibility to management. The analyst regularly prepares and distributes reports and dashboards, investigates anomalies, and works with internal systems to support order tracking, forecasting, and business planning.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on orders volume, outlook, and pipeline.
• Perform detailed analysis for order trends.
• Maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g. SFDC, Tableau…etc.).
• Ensure data integrity by reconciling order data across systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support for business initiatives.
• Maintain Orders reports, historical data and analysis in shared files.
• Prepare bookings file to support SIP Process.

Experience : Min. 5 years’ experience in similar role

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business

Key Skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; Google Sheets and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Attention to details and high degree of accuracy in reporting.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with BI Tools (Tableau and SFDC)
