Job Description
Our Asset Care Services team plays a pivotal role for our clients by providing services around their water treatment equipment. Services include troubleshooting, onsite evaluations, routine visits, and demineralizer bottle exchanges. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to final billing, benefiting both our internal stakeholders and clients.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to streamline operations, improve service delivery, and make a significant impact on customer satisfaction in the water treatment industry. Key Responsibilities
- Mapping and analyzing the entire customer experience process (ITO/OTR) to identify areas for improvement
- Conducting in-depth assessments to pinpoint process gaps and developing innovative solutions
- Generating comprehensive analytical reports for the leadership team to drive data-informed decision-making
- Presenting findings and recommendations throughout your tenure, showcasing your analytical and communication skills
- Assisting in the strategic migration of tools from Microsoft to Google Suite and other platforms, enhancing our operational efficiency
