Scope:
Drive and shape internal and external communications, along with employer branding initiatives in Hungary and CEE region. Veolia’s Communication & Employer Branding Specialist is responsible for shaping and promoting the company & employer brand, ensuring it resonates both internally and externally. This role focuses on initiating  compelling communication strategies, driving engagement, and positioning the organisation as an employer of choice. Our Communication & Employer Branding Specialist will drive and execute internal communication strategies, social media engagement, recruitment marketing, and corporate branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

MAIN TASKS:
● Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance the company’s
reputation and strengthen its employer brand.
● Manage internal and external communication, and employer branding activities.

● Ensure the implementation of Veolia’s value proposition and brand elements to
recruitment, onboarding and employee retention practices.
● Manage career page improvements, create attractive and engaging content, ensure
alignment with corporate initiatives.
● Manage employee / candidate review sites.
● Manage internal communication channels, ensuring consistent and engaging
messaging across the organization.
● Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, careers
websites, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
● Plan and execute employer branding initiatives such as employee stories and video
content.
● Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure the execution of creative
and innovative branding efforts.
● Implement corporate / regional communication and employer branding initiatives as
required.
● Measure and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns, using data
to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
 

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Psychology, or a
related field.
● 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
● Proficiency in office software's and digital collaboration applications, such as Google Workspace, HR Connect, SAP, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative, Photoshop, Da Vinci, etc.
● Fluent in Hungarian and English.
● Strong presentation skills with the ability to create engaging content and visual design.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create
engaging narratives.
● Good  time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects.

●Hands-on approach and effective problem solving to drive results.

● Ability to collaborate effectively, both in remote and in-person settings, with cross-
functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
● Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
