Job Description
This position will directly report into InSource Quality leader, this role will be responsible for leading Engineering Quality initiatives for projects portfolio for the InSource & Europe region. The role has responsibility for:
- ISO 9001 -2015 certification of Europe/InSource/regional site.
- Ensuring work is carried out in line with organizational requirements and processes,
- Updating/Reviewing Engineering QMS procedures & Design review check lists periodically and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Conducting Engineering Audits at engineering sites.
- Co-ordinating Lessons learnt based on findings from the audit.
- Training the team on new processes and systems.
- Driving training & development for InSource on the process.
- Maintaining data around Value capture metrics and KPI’s and reporting to reginal team leads.
- Rolling out custom processes regionally to improve productivity based on inputs from the team.
- RCA Tools- Fish bone & 5Ys, FMEA etc
This role will work closely with the Engineering and Quality leadership to define and implement ProjEx & regional/InSource QMS . The role will have broad decision-making responsibilities for the business in the region as it relates to transactions. Key metrics will focus on monitoring quality objectives to ensure ISO 9001 certification year after year.

- Six Sigma black belt or equivalent quality certification
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of work experience in managing Engineering quality in a Engineering, Projects or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership style showing capabilities to accelerate change, work in a rapidly changing environment and operate independently to deliver business results.
- Experience in Team Leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Business Field
- Strong influencing and team building skills
- Ability to extensively travel to support transactions ..
- Comfortable and proficient executive communication skills
- Drive a winning mentality and culture
