We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to cover the Manitoba-Winnipeg region.

Duties for this position include (but not limited to):

• Execute the assigned service activities for ELGA and process equipment range of products for the United States.
• Oversee direct onsite service, support and installation to our customers in a timely manner as required.  
• Sales support is an important focus area in this role.  Must promote equipment and services by performing customer demonstrations, participation in trade shows, follow-up sales opportunities and any other related activity as required.
• Up to 60% travel is required for this position.

Successful candidates will have:

• 10+ years of experience servicing laboratory based equipment, providing support and self-managing.
• Experience in the service industry, customer focused, professional demeanor.
• Excellent knowledge of digital circuits, wiring, programming logic, electrical components, electronics, processors and mathematics.
• Commissioning and validation experience are a plus.
• A strong knowledge in mechanical instrumentation is required.
• Excellent understanding of water chemistry and water purification technologies and their applications.
• Excellent communications skills.
