You will:

• Collaborate with other developers to write the best code for the project and deliver amazing results that our users love.

• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack

• Participate in code reviews

• Own the entirety of your features; including component design, implementation, automated testing, and rollout.

• Be a manager of one, work remotely and collaboratively with a talented team of developers across the country

• Have an opportunity to develop and grow whether you are interested in becoming a people leader or a technical leader 

• Contribute creatively with new ideas of improving, adding features, and growing

• Change the lives of entrepreneurs across the country

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• 5 plus years of experience designing and building production-level applications with Ruby on Rails

• Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages

• Must have demonstrated experience with Ruby on Rails

• Comfortable with relational databases and SQL (we use PostgreSQL)

• Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the team around you

• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms

• Humility and ability to manage your time and schedule
