Job Description
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to leadership teams across various functions within Vention. You will drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, focusing on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management. Your role will involve close collaboration with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the growth of your client groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
Talent Management:
Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
Organizational Development:
Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that promote agility, scalability, and innovation. Drive change management initiatives and support the evolution of the organization’s culture.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best work.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process for the Technology, Product, and Operations teams, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
HR Programs and Initiatives:
Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges within the Technology, Product, and Operations functions.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and trends, integrating them into the HR strategy where applicable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the broader HR team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in a technology-driven or innovative environment is highly desirable.
