Job Description

  •  
  • Lead the organization of the workspace to optimize efficiency and safety.
  • Oversee and execute the mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical assembly of complex automation systems and equipment.
  • Calibrate, wire, and tune Vention’s automation and robotic applications to meet performance and quality standards.
  • Supervise and participate in the installation and commissioning of automated equipment.
  • Lead testing and validation phases for turnkey projects, ensuring compliance with machine specifications.
  • Integrate automation components and configure control systems, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Provide structured feedback and improvement suggestions through designated tools and processes.
  • Manage and execute on-site deployment, troubleshooting, and client support activities.
  • Ensure rigorous quality control before shipment, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
  • Oversee the dismantling and shipping of equipment, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
  • Take ownership of workload planning, prioritizing tasks based on team objectives and project timelines.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information in technical documentation and coordinate solutions.
  • Support the Project Engineer and other stakeholders by providing technical expertise and auxiliary support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and production teams to optimize workflows.
  • Apply creativity and resourcefulness to solve technical challenges independently.
  • Act as a mentor for junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices.

Qualifications

  •  
  • 5+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly, automation, or a related field.
  • Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, automation, robotics, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal supervision.
