Job Description

  • Hire, grow and develop a team of passionate, coachable and curious sales professionals.
  • Lead and manage a high performing and customer focused team of AEs to deliver customer business value and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Implement & execute the sales strategy to achieve sales goals, increase sales activities and improve sales-related key performance indicators.
  • You keep your team accountable for reaching individual as well as company targets
  • Oversee your team’s forecast and accurate pipeline management.
  • Manage communication with your team about each individual’s performance and KPI, including the company’s goals. 
  • Coach and mentor team members with their career planning and development

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of previous sales leadership experience
  • You’ve worked as an Account Executive and a Business Development representative for multiple years and demonstrated an impressive track record of success.
  • You’re recognized by your peers as an amazing sales coach that fosters a culture of high performance. A proven motivator
  • Proven ability to handle difficult discussions with employees and customers.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDPICC and BANT methodologies is a plus.
  • You articulate easily your ideas, numbers and challenges to the leadership team as well as to your team.
  • You strive in leading 1:1 pipeline review, performance reviews & growth discussions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth and rapidly changing environment.
  • Ideally, you’re comfortable with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong & Google
  • Fluent in English and French
