Job Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • •Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards awareness.
  • •Provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our guests.
  • •Develops and implements treatment plans using techniques and methods such as acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, massage, diet, exercise and breathing therapy.
  • •Develop individualized treatment plans based on TCM principles, including acupuncture, herbal remedies, and dietary recommendations.
  • •Upsell and promote Spa products and treatments to guests.
  • •Communicates with the guest, giving advice on treatments and packages based on their personal and unique needs.
  • •Acknowledge and respond to relevant guest queries, needs and expectations.
  • •Complies with Company SOP’s and protocols.

Qualifications

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • An accredited degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a professional TCM practitioner in a 5-star luxury Resort will be an advantage. 
  • Proficiency in acupuncture and other TCM therapies.
  • Strong dedication to patient care and holistic health.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills and experience in customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage processes.
