Job Description
- Project Planning & Initiation - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, develop comprehensive project plans, and identify key stakeholders and establish clear communication channels.
- Risk Management - Identify, assess, and prioritize project risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on the project, and continuously monitor and update the project risk assessment.
- Execution & Monitoring - Lead the project team in executing the project plan, monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary, and regularly report on project status to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management - Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, transparency, and satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects on time and on target.
- Tools & Frameworks - Own and maintain project management templates, methodologies, and tools. Oversee project reporting platforms, lead business requirements definition, and coordinate SAP finance and controlling activities with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant project management role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Jira.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to anticipate risks and make proactive decisions.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
