Job Description
Processing of orders. To create audit and revise Master Data in our systems based on customer information. Review customer information for accuracy against system data. Prepares documents necessary for order entry inspection and archives for review if needed. Ensure communication between Conectiv Account Services Teams and Account Management providing any information or clarification required.
Main Activities:
- To review customer supplied master data information for accuracy and report discrepancies.
- To create necessary documents to ensure proper and accurate manufacturing, packaging and distribution or delivery of goods.
- To review Master Data +Order Entry information via self -audit process to ensure quality and accuracy.
- To escalate MD+OE problems to Lead / Supervisor for follow up as needed.
- To assist in the analysis and development of corrective actions to overcome problems and avoid re-occurrence of same type of errors.
- To provide support and back up to other members and train new hires as needed
- Follow up on revisions requested by customer, Account Services or Account Management Teams.
- Assist with the training for new team members
- Ensure their activities in MD&OE are performed with the highest quality, as well as ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner including revisions and HOT orders.
- To support projects for each studio improvement.
- Complete End to End cross training and perform all activities with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- English 80%+
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Medium level of Microsoft Office Products. (Excel 50%).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate activities while working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
