Job Description

Within the Legal Department, in connection with the various departments of the company, you will assist the Chief Compliance Officer by taking charge of the following missions:

  • Participate in the implementation of the 2023/2024 compliance plan, notably through communication, training and controls on anti-corruption, anti-trust and data privacy issues;
  • Contribute to organizing and monitoring the implementation of the 2023 and 2024 Compliance training plans;
  • Ensure regulatory monitoring;
  • Participate in the updating of the corruption risk map in consultation with the stakeholders;
  • Contribute to internal reporting, in particular to the preparation of dedicated media;
  • Contribute to the evaluation of third parties at risk;
  • Contribute to the updating of the AFA questionnaire;
  • Contribute to the preparation of and participate in meetings of the Ethics & Compliance Committee;
  • Contribute to the animation of the compliance network.

Qualifications

With a higher education background such as ESC, University or equivalent, you are preparing a master's degree in the field of Compliance/Legal/Risks.

- Have good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills;

- Enjoy working in project mode;

- Speak French and English fluently and know how to work in an international environment;

- Develop a sense of initiative and results;

- Know the importance of confidentiality in a company;

- Have a good command of the Office package.
