Job Description
Maintenance of vendors’/ clients’/ employees’ master data in the systems (creation and modification)
Assurance that the data of vendors/ clients / employees are correct and complete
Maintenance of documentation and information related master data processing
Participation in data governance management as well as in data quality/cleansing activities
Monitoring system and ensuring data quality, compliance and consistency of master data
Ongoing contact with the process stakeholders (answering inquiries, resolution of issues related to master data)
Creation and maintenance of internal procedures related to master data process
Participation in projects (including automation of activities)Cooperation with other processes in the company
Preparing reports and analysisAssuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
Finance, Accounting or IT University graduate
Strong process and system management skills
Very good command of spoken and written English
Experience in complex ERP (including SAP) and connected applications infrastructure (P2P, O2C)
Good organization of work and the ability to work under time pressure
Excellent Microsoft Excel data manipulation skills and good knowledge of the other Microsoft Office programs
Independence and accuracy at work
Able to demonstrate excellent customer/client facing skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, can clearly explain and present problems and issues to others and contribute to their resolution
Ability to work in a team
