VONQ is the leading expert in Online Recruitment Marketing services. With offices in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Groningen, Düsseldorf and London we offer customers intelligent data driven tools to help with their recruitment challenges. VONQ offers solutions for enterprises, staffing agencies and recruitment systems (ATS). 

The opportunity
VONQ has recently acquired an international player (IGB) in the area of multiposting and programmatic technology. IGB has a strong footprint and track record in the staffing industry and is a well respected player in the market. The opportunity is to outgrow IGB’s footprint, under the umbrella of VONQ and roll out in alignment with the VONQ proposition internationally. 

Managing Director
Full time - ASAP - Groningen

As Managing Director it's your sole responsibility to grow our SaaS business and to develop IGB further on a national and international level. Supported by a great team of enthusiastic specialists within sales, support and technology. You’ll report directly to the CEO. Your main location of work is with the team in Groningen, but travel is required to VONQ HQ in Rotterdam and customers & partners. 

We are looking for someone to own and lead the IGB business from end to end and know how to scale our success and build teams.

Your key responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a growth plan with clear defined goals and objectives
  • Build our international client portfolio 
  • Expand existing customers with cross sell strategies
  • Deliver customer success with the tech and delivery teams
  • Oversee the overall P&L of the staffing line of business and drive profitability
  • Drive success within the teams and steer on accountability

Your profile
You have a minimum of 5 year leadership experience in an Enterprise SaaS organisation and shown a proven track record of owning and outgrowing SaaS propositions in new markets. Your background is preferably with (recruitment) marketing platforms or related and have experience with the .buyer persona and market.
