Join Builders Academy Australia (BAA) as an ICT Business Analyst within our Data Quality team, where you will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will analyse business processes, support audit activities, and drive data-led insights that enhance operational performance and regulatory compliance within a dynamic education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes and data to identify risks, anomalies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support internal and external audit activities, including reviewing student, trainer, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to RTO Standards, funding contracts, and relevant legislation
• Develop and deliver reporting and insights using tools such as Excel and Power BI to support decision-making
• Communicate changes to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to stakeholders and support implementation

• Qualification in Auditing (highly desirable).
• Diploma or higher education in Data Analysis.
• Diploma or higher education in Business Analysis.
