Job Description
We’re seeking experienced assessment markers to support Endeavour’s nationally recognised VET programs. This is a flexible, project-based contractor role paid per assessment marked. Our discipline areas include massage, fitness, allied health assistance, nutrition and dietetics, and life coaching.
About the role
You’ll mark allocated student assessments in line with national VET standards and Endeavour’s academic guidelines. Using the provided Study Guides, marking rubrics and supporting resources, you’ll deliver clear, constructive feedback and accurate grading.
Key responsibilities
Mark student submissions using approved marking guides and rubrics
Provide quality, consistent feedback aligned with national assessment standards
Complete marking within 3 business days of allocation (unless otherwise agreed)
Maintain required documentation to support compliance and validation processes
About you
Strong understanding of VET assessment principles (fairness, validity, reliability, sufficiency, authenticity and currency)
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Able to manage your own workload and meet agreed turnaround times

Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, TAE40110, or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education or vocational education and training)
And either:
- An Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD).
- Certificate IV in Life Coaching Practice, or a higher qualification in a related field such as counselling, psychology, social work"
