Key Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environment.
• Guide students through the enrolment process, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmes.
• Promote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools, and the local community through outreach and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Continuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels and understand diverse student needs.
• Sales and engagement capability, including asking quality questions, generating leads, and delivering compelling presentations.
• Highly organised with strong time management, demonstrating a results-driven and goal-oriented approach.
• Passion for education and supporting people, particularly within primary industries such as agriculture, horticulture, and trades.
• Adaptable and proactive, with strong computer literacy, willingness to learn, and experience in customer-facing or sales environments (knowledge of the Adelaide education landscape is advantageous).

• Full-time, permanent position.
• $73,831 base + super + up to $6,000 in commissions (dependent on targets met).
• $1,000 annual professional development allowance
