  • Coordinate the daily operations of the Wellness Clinic, including rostering, dispensary stock control, banking and client communications.
  • Be the first point of contact for student enquiries and deliver responsive support via phone, email, ticketing systems and in person, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up.
  • Support and guide students in clinic workflows, systems and professional customer service practices.
  • Assist with campus operations and events, including open days, graduations, classroom setup and maintaining shared spaces.
  • Maintain clinic and campus resources, facilities and support compliance requirements to ensure a safe, organised and effective learning environment.

  • High level of accuracy in administration, record-keeping, and financial processes.
  • Flexibility to work across both streams as required by the needs of the campus.
