Beyond student support, you'll contribute to the success of the Office of Financial Aid through a variety of operational and technical responsibilities. You'll collaborate with campus partners, support specialized program areas such as student employment, athletics, and loan processing, maintain critical documentation and procedures, and leverage systems like OnBase and Slate CRM to enhance efficiency and improve the student experience.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, enjoys solving complex problems, communicates with empathy and professionalism, and is passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals.
