Job Description

Director of Career Services, Healthcare workforce builder needed for Unitek College - Concord, CA.

If you’ve led a staffing branch, built healthcare hiring pipelines, or managed recruiters against KPIs, don’t overlook this role because it says Career Services. I’ll be honest, this is not a “keep the lights on and attend meetings” kind of role.
This is a builder role. We need a leader who can strengthen employer partnerships, improve healthcare graduate placement outcomes, rally a team, create structure, and bring real momentum to a campus with a lot of opportunity in front of it.

If you have experience in career services, healthcare staffing, recruiting, workforce development, branch operations, employer relations, or leading a metric-driven team, this could be a great fit.
The right person will be someone who likes solving problems, building pipelines, coaching people, working with employers, and turning activity into actual outcomes.
Our Concord, CA campus needs someone who can dig in, lead from the front, and help our students move from classroom to career.

Salary Range: $85k-$100k annually DOE
This position is on ground at our Concord, CA campus

Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Postsecondary experience is a plus.
  • Staffing, recruiting, sales, or workforce development leadership experience can absolutely translate.
  • If you are the kind of leader who sees a challenge and thinks, “I know how to build this".
