Job Description
The Student Information System (SIS) System Associate supports and assists the SIS Administrator in all SIS internal systems and provides campus support for Nexus and the Enrollment Portal.
Anthology Student Information System
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of SIS systems in relation to SA/FA
- All Configurations Set ups
- All integration Set up and Maintenance
- All Student Accounts/Financial Aid Configurations
- Ensure data configuration is correctly input in the SIS for Student Accounts and Financial Aid
- Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely
- Provides troubleshooting assistance
- Coordinators with IT leaders on system upgrades following new releases
- Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer systems
Anthology Financial Aid Solutions System
- System Associate for Financial Aid Solutions
- Setting up and maintaining administrative set up
- New program support
- Calendar and term/semester build out
- Campus Transfers
- System maintenance - Submit tickets on enhancement request or System issues
- Set up possible integrations between SIS and Enrollment Portal
Special Projects
- Support IT Application Integration Manager with various Project Management
- Collaborate with other departments during program changes and program expansion
Additional tasks as assigned
Pay Starting at $27/hr
Qualifications
- Associate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven work experience in IT
- Experience with or Knowledge in Student Information Systems
- Anthology and CampusNexus/CampusVue experience proficiency preferred
- Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure)
- Expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed system
- Strong computer skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to gather data from multiple systems and create reports
