As a key member of the executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational strategy and ensuring the successful expansion and management of our franchise locations. Job Description
Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Franchise support or operations experience is preferred.
- Franchise Network Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of operational policies and procedures for franchise locations.
- Collaborate with franchisees to ensure consistent brand standards, quality, and customer experience.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess franchisee compliance with operational guidelines.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate operational plans with marketing, sales, finance, and other key functions.
- Training and Development:
- Manage new franchisee onboarding and training alongside the corporate support team.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for franchisees and their staff.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to operational best practices.
- Provide sound business support and advice to franchisees.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze the performance of franchise locations.
- Regularly report on operational metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps and enhance overall efficiency.
- Partnerships and Vendor Management:
- Oversee the development and optimization of great partner and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms for franchisees.
- Facilitate coordination and projects with all technology partners.
- Operational Team Management:
- Hire and supervise employees in the Support, Training and Marketing departments.
- Work cross-functionally alongside corporate support team.
- Compliance and Legal Matters:
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure franchise locations are in compliance.
- Work closely with legal teams to address any operational issues or disputes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or more than ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Business brokerage experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in an operations or support role within the franchise industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Great problem-solving skills with an ability to identify problems quickly, collect and research data, and figure it out.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. One should also have a strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management systems and an ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
