Job Description

We are looking for a strategic marketing professional who can translate business goals into impactful, data-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, drive digital transformation initiatives and shape how our brand positions itself in a rapidly evolving environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for our digital product portfolio which enable measurable business growth.
  • Own and drive end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives, including scope, timelines, resources, and delivery.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Communication teams and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and digital services together with international marketing teams.
  • Use data and analytics to track performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Contribute strategic and creative ideas that strengthen our digital presence and brand storytelling.
  • Drive and optimize E-Commerce initiatives to enhance digital customer experiences and conversion performance.

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and high-quality standards.
  • Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging and creative marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and regional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, analytics and emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
  • Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Understanding of digital business models and how they influence modern marketing strategies.
  • Experience in fast-moving, digitally evolving environments.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 47.587,- according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
