Training & Partner Enablement
- Train and coordinate client teams and project partners
- Transfer operational know-how and establish sustainable site capabilities
- Act as technical ambassador towards customers and stakeholders
Logistics & Deployment
- Oversee equipment transport, material logistics and on-site setup
- Manage inventory and operational readiness across projects
- Support scaling of 3DCP into on-site, off-site and near-site environments
Qualifications
What you bring:
- BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Technology or Additive Manufacturing
- 5+ years of proven operational experience in 3D concrete printing, robotic systems, industrial automation or comparable high-tech construction environments
- Strong understanding of construction site processes, safety standards and quality management
- Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Experience with digital design interfaces (e.g. Rhino) and process monitoring tools
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with high ownership mentality
- Leadership presence and ability to guide multidisciplinary field teams
- Fluent English and German; Dutch is a plus
- High willingness to travel internationally (especially within the DACH region) and work on-site for defined project phases
