Job Description
Strategy, Governance & Portfolio Steering
Define and continuously develop the group-wide CREM strategy, governance framework, and standards
Manage and optimize the global real estate portfolio with a strong focus on capital efficiency, de-investments, and operational necessity
Establish uniform approval, decision, and steering processes across divisions and regions
Transactions & Site Development
Identify, assess, and execute real estate transactions (acquisitions, disposals, leases, subleases)
Lead site and market analyses, business cases, and negotiations in close alignment with divisions and regions
Projects & Development Oversight
Provide central oversight for major construction and development projects
Ensure delivery in terms of quality, cost, schedule, and ESG compliance across the full lifecycle
Standards, ESG & Compliance
Establish global standards for space, construction, workplaces, and facility management
Integrate ESG targets, occupational safety, and security requirements into transactions and projects
Digitalization & Transparency
Own CREM reporting and data transparency
Develop Power BI as the interim solution and co-shape MS Fabric as the target architecture with IT
Ensure data quality, system interfaces, and a reliable KPI cockpit
Organization & Stakeholder Management
Build and lead a high-performing, scalable CREM organization
Act as a key interface to Executive Boards, regions, central functions, and external partners
Qualifications
Degree in real estate economics, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, transactions, or project development, ideally in an international environment
Strong experience in governance, stakeholder management, and negotiations at senior level
Proven track record in building and leading teams
Experience in transformation and digitalization initiatives (e.g. reporting, BI, data platforms)
Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 52,345 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
