Job Description
We are looking for a strategic marketing professional who can translate business goals into impactful, data-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, drive digital transformation initiatives and shape how our brand positions itself in a rapidly evolving environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated marketing strategies that enable measurable business growth.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design & Communications to create targeted digital campaigns.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and services together with regional teams.
- Use data and analytics to track performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Contribute strategic and creative ideas that strengthen our digital presence and brand storytelling.
- Support the development and optimization of E-Commerce initiatives to enhance digital customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, branding, or agency environments.
- Proven experience in supporting digital transformation within marketing.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and high-quality standards.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and regional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; confident in working across multiple functions.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, analytics, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
Bonus Qualifications
- Understanding of digital business models and how they influence modern marketing strategies.
- Experience in fast-moving, digitally evolving environments.
- Familiarity with digital tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 47.587,- according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
