As part of the newly formed Global Business Unit Scaffolding, Doka & AT-PAC will be further synergizing its strengths and market position to offer scaffolding solutions specifically to the industrial market segment. In addition, AT-PAC will provide shared services and a “center of competence” approach to ensure a common scaffolding supply model to also complement Doka’s existing concrete construction market segment through its proven formwork & shoring business model.

Job Description

The Business Unit Scaffolding Controller is accountable for all aspects of finance & controlling across the Business Unit in close cooperation with local Finance & Controlling Heads including following tasks:

  • Implementation of controlling standards and continuous improvement of controlling processes in the Business Unit and assure compliance with the standards
  • Taking the lead for reporting, strategic mid term planning, budgeting, forecasting and to prepare recommendations for improvement of financial performance (e.g. scenario planning, etc.) 
  • Preparation of ad‐hoc analysis 
  • Valuation of inventories and accounts receivables in compliance with guidelines using the standard tools (e.g. inventories valuation and customer credit management)
  • Support integration of the Business Unit in the existing company structure (including the contribution to the roll out, support and further development of the controlling systems and –tools)
  • Support training programs for dedicated Finance & Controlling heads as well as functional leadership for the local heads of departments
  • Close cooperation with cooperate departments, especially with Controlling and Finance
  • Promotion of Doka strategy, UAG principles and in particular of compliance

     

Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance / Controlling 
  • 3+ years of overall experience in Controlling and Finance
  • ERP knowledge, especially in SAP FI and CO modules
  • excellent English language skills; preferably German language skills
  • Strong sense of urgency & effectivworking style
  • Self-driven with effective time management
  • Proactive and effective interpersonal relationship & communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

The position is classified as group IV according to the collective agreement of the wood-processing industry. That would mean a monthly minimum full-time salary of EUR 3.067,-- Extra payments depending on qualification and experience.
