Job Description

  • Business development with new and existing clients within the allocated region
  • Professionally manage the Abu Dhabi Office, its departments and teams to achieve sales targets for the area and to ensure an effective work environment
  • Handle key accounts and major projects
  • Put sales strategies into practice
  • Ensure client satisfaction during all project phases including internal coordination
  • Define periodic business plans and annual budgets for the area
  • Prepare and submit timely reports for the Doka Head Quarter
  • Coordinate sales action plans for individual sales staff
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives of the sales team
  • Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue

Qualifications

  • Civil engineer or equivalent technical qualification
  • Solid sales experience preferably in the construction industry and in the ME
  • Strong team management and leadership experience in an international environment
  • Good business sense
  • Motivated, confident and goal-oriented
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
  • Confident presenter
  • Trustworthy character who is able to handle confidential information
  •  Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in Arabic and/or German
