Comprehensive Hand and Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Jupiter, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate physical therapy treatment plans based on physician referrals and medical records
• Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address each patient's specific condition, functional limitations, and rehabilitation objectives
• Implement and deliver direct patient care using established clinical protocols and evidence-based treatment methodologies
• Provide specialized physical therapy treatments tailored to diverse patient populations and conditions
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation, including initial evaluations, daily clinical notes, progress reports, discharge summaries, and incident reports
• Communicate effectively and transparently with patients, caregivers, physicians, insurance companies, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment progress and outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies to promote long-term recovery
• Organize and manage patient caseloads efficiently while maintaining autonomous decision-making in clinical settings
• Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other healthcare software to document findings, track patient progress, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment while maintaining organizational excellence

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• Current state of Florida license
• CPR certification
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic.
• Possess a passion for using evidence-based manual therapy interventions
• Be eager to grow professionally within an organization
• Dedicated to providing excellent patient care as part of an experienced clinical staff
