Job Description
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Langley, BC. You will be responsible for the Greater Vancouver area.

Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Work closely with the District Manager, Sales Representatives and Store Managers to plan and implement specific initiatives to increase sales
- Working with your team, you will be responsible for meeting objectives and increasing sales by promoting NAPA's marketing programs to customers
- Recruit, develop, evaluate, train and motivate your team
- Stay abreast of market developments, product line changes, new technologies and competitor strategies
- Monitor sales by producing weekly and monthly reports.
Salary range: $93,000- $115,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in automotive, distribution, or wholesale environments.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Strategic thinking and business planning capability.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
