Job Description
In this role, you will join the Product Management team.
You will be responsible for facilitating the communication of product management strategy and information to the Sales and Operations teams, as well as supporting the deployment of strategic initiatives.
You will act as a liaison to gather feedback from the Sales department and contribute to the development of value-added initiatives for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Present strategic initiatives to the Sales and Operations teams.
- Develop and maintain a sales activity calendar and follow up with various stakeholders to ensure project progress.
- Participate in the implementation of key strategies, including product launches, ensuring all necessary steps are executed for success.
- Provide updates to the Product Management team on improvement opportunities based on feedback from Sales and Operations.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams by promoting key programs to better meet customer needs.
- Support the dedicated sales team and Product Management by facilitating the transfer of information and synthesizing key elements in a concise manner.
Qualifications
- Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a strong component in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken. In this role, you will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
