Job Description

This is a regular full-time position and is located in Vancouver.

Salary range: $65,000 - $73,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.

  • Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service   
  • Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales   
  • Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals  
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy. 

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:  

  • Strong aptitude for people management, communication and organization   
  • Vehicle parts knowledge (asset)
