Twitter is seeking a Senior Information Security Strategy & Operations (S&O) Lead - Training and Awareness and Communications, to lead strategic and operational efforts. Build and execute the strategy and operational processes to support required and educational Information Security training and awareness needs.  Support all communications and department branding efforts within Information Security, delivering consistent messaging while aligning with culture and brand expectations. 

Ideal Candidate: 

• Build and maintain a Security Training and Awareness program based on both legal and regulatory requirements as well as educational and maturity needs across various teams and roles in the organization

• Develop and report on compliance and Key Performance Indicators related to course attendance and value

• Create templates and branding for department intranet sites, newsletters, and communications

• Review, edit, and maintain style consistency with communications driven from Information Security, both internally and externally

• Partner with corporate communications to ensure consistency and maximize on efficiency

• Prioritize culture and engagement within the team

• Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence

Education and Experience: 

• BA/BS

• 5+ years of relevant work experience including technical writing and communications

• Direct experience in developing a Training and Awareness program, ideally in Information Security or Privacy

Notice (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is USD$146,000.00 - USD$204,000.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
