Job Description
We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our global treasury operations team. You will support global treasury operations (global cash liquidity, intercompany settlements, FX, and insurance), have the opportunity to develop and implement process improvements, and participate in exciting treasury-related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the high-performing treasury operations team on international and domestic cash and bank account management, including daily cash planning, intercompany settlements, opening / closing bank accounts, and operational inquiries from cross-functional teams
- Develop a proactive partnership with the broader Finance team, working cross-functionally with key regional stakeholders to identify and optimize liquidity needs in addition to supporting ad hoc requests and projects
- Support Twitter's foreign currency risk management including FX exposure forecasting, recommending hedging strategies, and enhancing our existing FX hedging program
- Partner with treasury's capital markets team on funding requirements, including investments in MMF
- Contribute to the treasury operations team efforts towards the global insurance program, including annual insurance renewal process
- Ensure compliance with internal controls while supporting internal and external audit requirements, including SOX and SEC financial reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in treasury or related field
- Bachelor’s degree required with a strong preference for degrees in accounting or finance, MBA, CFA, or CTP is a plus
- Prior banking relationship management experience a must with a strong knowledge of bank products
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables and drive to completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly explain treasury transactions to multiple business partners (including international teams) and assist with general treasury-related inquiries
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Treasury Management Systems is a plus

Notice (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is USD$128,000.00 - USD$179,000.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
