Senior Product Manager- Interests Relevance
Customers come to Twitter for great conversations about all the things that matter to them. We’re looking for an experienced PM to help us connect every customer to the best conversations for their interests. In this role, you’ll drive our efforts to deliver highly-relevant recommendations based on both content and customer understanding. You’ll lead an impactful cross-functional workstream of engineering, design, product, data, research, curation & policy partners, and drive topical relevance, ranking & content understanding efforts to serve customer needs across the Twitter experience.

Interests (within the Consumer Product org) helps serve this mission by making it easy for every customer to find, follow & discuss their interests, starting the moment they sign up. We own the Topics product, and are building end-to-end solutions that serve customers across the Twitter experience. What You’ll Be Doing
Have a wide reaching, global impact on how people connect with the best recommendations for their interests & stay informed about the things that matter to them.
Own product strategy, roadmap & goals for a large, cross-functional workstream. This includes identifying and sizing new opportunities, making trade-off and prioritization decisions, and driving hypothesis-driven relevance, ranking & content understanding investments that align with broader organizational strategy and goals.
Align partners from across the company around shared customer understanding, product vision & success criteria. Drive to clarity on complex decisions and ensure healthy XFN collaboration through strong communication and execution skills.
Use data, research and market understanding to deliver impactful product solutions that are grounded in a deep understanding of customer circumstances and needs.
Who You Are
4+ years of product management experience
A track record of shipping successful consumer-facing ML solutions at scale
Experience owning product strategy and roadmap for large, cross-functional area
Comfortable driving leadership alignment around complex decisions
Demonstrated fluency in using data, research & market insights to inform strategy
Able to proactively identify and address operational risks, gaps & opportunities
Passionate about building inclusive products that put the customer first
Excellent organizational, multitasking & communication skills
Comfortable working in a fluid, fast-paced environment
