Job Description
In this role, you’ll utilize your deep subject matter expertise in compensation design, analytics and theory to serve as a strategic client facing consultant to our technology business leaders and internal people team stakeholders. You will not only have the opportunity to analyze and identify compensation issues, but drive them to resolution with your strong communication, problem solving, and influencing skills. You have experience managing compensation in the ultra-competitive tech sector and are familiar with equity compensation in all of its forms. You have a strong executive presence and are comfortable talking to executives and employees across the company as we navigate the annual cycle, hiring, and everything in between.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Compensation; 1+ in a client facing role
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, or Statistics
CCP recommended
Expert level Google Sheets / Slides skills
Experience in a high growth technology company preferred
Strong knowledge of external market intelligence sources and methods
