We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to redefine the way we recruit for product and delivery talent as we move into the next evolution of Twitter. In partnership with our technical teams, you will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritized technical roles. As part of the Engineering & Product Recruiting team, you will partner closely with Twitter’s global product and technology leaders to identify and attract the best talent. As a key member of the team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and build a unique approach to attracting talent for Twitter! 

Job Description

Who You Are:

In partnership with our business teams, you will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritized roles including Product Design, Product Managers and Programme Managers. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with Twitter’s leaders to identify and attract the best talent to the organization. As a key member of the team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and build a unique approach to attracting Talent for Twitter! 

What you’ll do:

  • You will use a combination of recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess and hire top-of-class senior engineering talent.

  • Define, design, and implement leadership recruiting programs and drive sourcing strategy recommendations for a variety of senior technical roles.. 

  • Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit for Senior Talent. 

  • Act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touchpoints and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best-in-class candidate and client experience.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification, assessment through offer.

  • Collaborate with engineering recruiting teams to share competitive intelligence, prospective candidate leads, and placement of senior technical talent.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience preferably with some experience in Product Design / Product Management hiring

  • A recent track record of hiring top-tier, hard to find, talent

  • Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive senior candidates

  • You thrive at building collaborative relationships across a dynamic organization

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels

  • Results oriented with superior research and sourcing skills

  • A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process

  • You put candidate experience at the forefront of everything you do

  • Experience at both an executive search firm and technology company is preferred
